Terms of Service

1.1 Production Timeline
All online orders are made-to-order and will be completed 2–3 weeks after the posted due date, not the date your order was placed.

1.2 Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Because online orders are produced specifically for your club, team, or organization, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once your order is completed.

1.3 Order Pickup & Distribution
Online orders are typically distributed through your club or team representative. Please contact your club or team directly for pickup or delivery instructions.

2.1 Processing Time
Retail (Prescott, River Falls, Hudson, or Wisconsin) orders are typically completed and ready for pickup within a few business days of your purchase.

2.2 Order Notification
You will be contacted via email, text, or phone once your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

3.1 Fast Turnaround Orders
Orders placed for special events such as State Bound, Conference Champion, or Regional Champion occasions are prioritized for fast production. These orders will be completed within a few days of the posted due date.

3.2 Pickup Notification
You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup.

4.1 Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

4.2 Product Variations
Minor variations in color, design placement, or materials may occur due to the nature of custom production.

4.3 Limitation of Liability
River City Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including supplier issues, shipping delays, or unforeseen events.

4.4 Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
