  • Can I buy just one?

    Yes. We’ll do quantities of 1 to whatever you need. Plus, you can stop into our retail store and view our in-stock decorated and undecorated samples.

  • Do you do alterations?

    No, unfortunately we do not perform alterations. Our equipment is specifically designed to stitch to an electronic file path.

  • How do I place an order or get a quote for custom apparel?

    You can easily place your order by emailing us at info@rivercitystitch.com, selecting Request a Quote, or stopping by either our Prescott or River Falls locations.

  • How can I get a deal on my custom orders?

    Our pricing system is based on quantity ordered, focusing on regular price breaks. The price per item goes down as the total quantity increases. Also, if artwork is provided in the correct format (.ai or .eps) and is print ready, we do not charge an artwork fee.

  • Can I bring my own stuff and have it embroidered and screen printed?

    Yes, you can, but we do not offer any warranty for damaged items. We buy our blank apparel from nationally known distributors and the apparel is specifically designed for decoration. If you do decide to supply your own apparel for decoration, we require a 10% spoilage allowance. This means, we will need extra shirts for test printing. So for example, if you need 100 shirts screen printed and you are providing the shirts, we ask that you supply 10 extra shirts. Don’t worry, you will get them all back, we just want to make sure you get 100 perfect shirts.

  • How much does it cost to embroider a custom design for my business?

    Typically, there is a one-time artwork set-up fee of $30 to $50 (depending on the complexity of the design and the size). Then, you will be charged by the number of stitches in the design. We keep all of your designs on file so you can easily re-order. We will gladly work through this process with up front so you know exactly what you’re paying for. No surprises!

  • Misprints and Defects

    If there is a defect in the decoration or a manufacturers defect with the apparel ordered through one of our distributors, we will refund the item within 30 days of purchase. Only defects/misprints/mistakes more than 10% of the total order will be replaced.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    Online Orders:

    Each clothing item is custom made to order, therefore all sales are final and cannot be returned. Any canceled order or item is subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

    In-Store Retail Purchases:

    All in-store retail purchases that are not personalized or custom ordered can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
